The characteristic

Surlng Bey Sow are part of the concealable weapon family. Short range and double-handed, in Ging Mo Kune we aim to transfer power to the end of the weapons and make a ringing sound when the rings clash together.

When do I need it?

After you feel comfortable with the Dai Doe or when you commence Green Belt content, whichever the sooner.

Pro-tips

As with the Dai Doe, please wipe your Surlng Bey Sow down before storage. It’s best to keep the pointy tips covered up to protecting yourself, and your surroundings, from punctures. In Ging Mo Kune, we carry these weapons with the blade against our forearm for safety reasons and out of respect for others.

As with all weapons, please keep these from the view of the public when transporting them to and from training.

You should also consult your local police station for clarification around laws pertaining to ownership of this training tool.
