A FREE 60 minute Tai Chi class.
Everybody is welcome.
We're inviting you to a free class to learn about the wellbeing benefits of consistent tai chi practice. The class will be presented by Master Gawain Siu (Si Fu).
He and his team will share with you 2 key Foundation exercises and a discrete set of tai chi choreography so you can practice daily in the convenience of your own home.
Master Gawain will open the day with a personal demonstration and explanation of the core principles of tai chi.
You'll then be separated into smaller groups to share with other like-minded people in your community under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
We'd love to chat some more and give you the opportunity to get to know the Master and Ging Mo family better. So bring a plate/drink with you to share afterwards.

Ging Mo means, “the essence of Martial Arts”. Today, we’re a community-based organisation that exists to help people experience the transforming powers of Kung Fu. As a close-knit family, we seek to encourage, inspire, and see each other flourish. Our training is designed for personal development through mind expansion, spiritual growth, inner healing, as well as physical strengthening.
Practicing Martial Arts is about so much more than “fighting”. Kung Fu and Tai Chi have the power to help you be calm yet alert, sleep well, think clearly, react quickly, concentrate for longer, and boost energy levels. It’s a privilege for us to walk alongside students as they build new skills, and enhance existing ones — we’d love to have you join us so you can as well.
